Homecoming and WISCO Meet

We have received a lot of questions and feedback about the race on Friday.

The team will depart for the Cross Country meet, in West Allis, between 2:30 - 2:40 on Friday. (The pep assembly runs from 1:30 - 2:45. We are asking the girls to attend the Pep Assembly 'ready to go' to the meet, and exit the Pep Assembly at 2:30.

This is the latest possible time we can leave and still give the JV girl's adequate warm up time before their race.

JV Race is at 4:00 pm and the Varsity Race is at 5:00 pm

If your daughter needs to leave the meet early or not leave with the team after school, the PARENTS are responsible for transporting their daughter. We can NOT let athletes drive themselves to and from the meet.

We appreciate everyone's understanding. We acknowledge it is not the ideal day to have a competition, but we were limited in the meets available to participate in this week, and we made the decision that competing on Friday was a better alternative to a Saturday meet.

Also, we understand that there is a Band Conflict, next Saturday, the athletes can make their own decision which event they would like to participate in. If your daughter is NOT participating in the Conference Cross Country race next week, we ask that they inform us of this decision, by Monday, of next week.
